In October 2018 the company commenced painting and decoration to the commercial, residential and recreational buildings at Centre Parcs, Longford Forest. The project was completed successfully in 8 months, on schedule and within budget. With the company achieving the number one spot on the Contracting Authority Health & Safety leader board each week of the project. Following the successful completion of this project, the company continues to undertake painting works at Centre Parc’s, Longford Forest directly employed on a painting maintenance contract.
This project is a great example of the company’s ability to mobilise experienced staff to work across all areas of painting and decorating from the application of specialist coatings such as slip resistant flooring to fireproofing of steel to staining of woodwork to the application of lux paints to the delicate art of hanging decorative wall coverings.

The project included the painting and decoration of the following:
Luxury boutique hotel and Apartments, Aqua Sauna, The Spa, The Cycle Centre, The Restaurant Block comprising of 10 restaurants, The Supermarket, Sweat Shop, Sports Café, The retail block comprises of several retail outlets, The Administration Building and Office Blocks, Luxury Vilas, Playground equipment, Wood Cladding & Railing
The luxury hotel and apartments were individually designed and decorated to the highest of standards, with the use of Farrow and Ball paints and lux wallcoverings throughout. Specialist primers and paints were applied to moisture rich environments such as the Aqua Sauna and Spa. External Steel and playground equipment was coated with specialist paint to prevent rust and ensure longevity. Cedar cladding was stained to preserve and protect from the elements.
