We are experts in the preparation of sterile areas and the application of specialist hygiene coating systems. Applying our knowledge, expertise and dedicated team to the painting of new builds and existing live pharmaceutical plants. Including painting to clean rooms, laboratories, manufacturing areas, offices, catering and recreational spaces. In a hospital setting our expertise extends to the painting of ICU’s, operating theatres, therapy suites, patient wards, mortuaries, offices, consultant rooms, catering and general-purpose areas.
Examples of our recent works to pharmaceutical plants include the complete refurbishment of Takeda Ireland Ltd. Bray, Co. Wicklow including painting to clean rooms, laboratories, production areas, offices, catering and general-purpose areas. The plant remained operational for the duration of the refurbishment, with works undertaken on a phased basis over a 12-month period, estimated date of completion is July 2020.

Painting to the newly constructed EmeRí Nutrition, an infant formula production plant located in Navan, Co. Meath. Painting works were completed in March 2020 and included painting to the production areas, laboratories, clean rooms, offices, boardrooms, catering and reception areas.
Another example of painting works at a newly construction pharmaceutical plant was the painting of the “Biologics Two” facility at Allergan HQ in Westport, Co. Mayo, comprising of a newly built 18,000sq m production facility, as well as state of the art microbiology and cell-based laboratory facilities with research and development capabilities.

We employ phased workflows and flexible working hours including night shifts to accommodate the continuation of production with minimal disruption to staff and operations.
